ADHD is not a go-it-alone condition, so don’t make it one!
Sadly, the lack of NHS support for an estimated 1.8 million UK adults with ADHD, leaves people to try and manage on their own. This was my own experience! ADHD can negatively impact every aspect of someone’s life, and unsupported, results in far greater mental health challenges.
A diagnosis can also trigger complex emotions that no one should have to work through independently. Your experience, your needs, and what works best will all be unique, so my personal approach places you at the very centre of what I do.
